Below we have outlined Our Green University’s customer service policies for your reference.

Payment Methods

For payment, we accept both credit and debit cards backed by Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover.

Verifying your purchase

Before placing your order, please verify that your personal information is accurate. For every purchase made on ourgreenuniversity.com, a confirmation receipt will be sent to your email, detailing your order information.

U.S. Sales Tax

Ourgreenuniversity.com collects sales tax for items shipped to California locations only.

Security

Your order and credit card information is processed through an SSL encrypted connection, keeping your information secure.

Shipping & Handling

We typically finish processing orders within 2-3 business days. During periods of high volume, processing may be longer, but you can be assured that we are committed to fulfilling your purchase as fast as possible.

Shipping Holidays

Our Green University will not be shipping out orders on national holidays, so please keep these dates in mind when making your purchase.

Shipping Carriers

Our Green University ships via UPS for domestic and international orders. Customers choosing an expedited method (i.e. 2nd day Air etc.) will be emailed a tracking number after the order has been shipped.

APO, FPO, PO Boxes

We do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Boxes.

Rural Delivery

If UPS is not available for your location, please allow an additional 4-5 business days for delivery.

Shipping Charges

In checkout, you will be able to calculate a shipping charge for your order based on location, size, and weight of your order. You will have the opportunity to view the shipping options and charges before submitting your order.

International Orders

Our Green University ships packages via UPS for international orders. Shipping charges are based on location, size, and weight of order. Your order may be subject to additional duties and taxes, depending on state authority.

Shipping Error

If there is an error in your shipment, please email our customer service branch at custcomercare@ourgreenuniversity.com, and we will expedite a resolution. In your email, please provide your order number, which can be found in your customer email receipt.

Returns Policy & Warranty

What qualifies for a non-warranty return?

For non-warranty returns, we will accept returned products within the first 30 days of purchase. All items must be in perfect, unused condition. If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than ourgreenuniversity.com, please go directly to the original place of purchase to coordinate a return. We will not accept any non-warranty returns after 30 days except for a manufacturing defect.

Returns take 10-12 business days to process.

All items must be in perfect, unused condition. We will not accept any non-warranty returns after 30 days except for a manufacturing defect.

Warranty

If you think your Our Green University purchase is defective, you may qualify for a warranty return. We offer a 90 day guarantee on Our Green University products for manufacturer defects.

Warranty Return Information

The manufacturer warrants the portable water filtration system to the consumer for the period of 90 days from the date of purchase when used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. If there are any defects with the product, please return the product postage paid to the distributor with a valid purchase receipt. This guarantee does not cover improper use, or maintenance, or premature clogging by overly turbid water. This warranty gives the consumer specific rights. The manufacturer shall under no circumstances be liable for any special indirect or consequential damages owing to misuse of goods. The manufacturer makes no warranty of fitness or merchant-ability and no other warranty, oral or written, express or implied except as specifically set forth therein.

If you purchased your Our Green University product from a retailer other than ourgreenuniversity.com, please contact that retailer to coordinate a product return.

Care & Use

To ensure proper use and care of your product, please note the following guidelines:

- DO NOT place filtration products in freezer. When water freezes it expands, and could damage bottle and/or filter.
- DO NOT fill filtration products with hot water, or anything other than fresh water.
- DO NOT run any filtration products through the dishwasher.

Maintenance & Storage

When filter system will not be used for an extended period of time, flush through filter and allow to dry thoroughly before storing.
